Return & cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. However, we do offer exchanges in specific cases as outlined below:
Exchange Only: We allow product exchanges in cases of damage, wrong item received, or size issues.
To be eligible for an exchange, you must contact or WhatsApp us at +91 77568 88462 within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with unboxing proof (video/photo) and original packaging.
Please note, no refunds will be issued—only product exchanges. In case the order is cancelled from our side, we will process the refund within 7 days.
Important Exception:
Lingerie items (including panties, thongs, and similar intimate wear) are non-exchangeable and non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Reverse Pickup Service for exchange:
We don't offer reverse pickup service. Customers need to courier the product(s) to the following address:

Packaging:
Securely pack items to avoid loss
or damage during transit. Clearly mention the ORDER ID, registered mobile number, and email ID on the packaging. We do not accept damaged or open packages from courier services.
Unused Condition: All items must be in unused condition, with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change! If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support within 6 hours of placing the order.
To request a cancellation, you can call or WhatsApp us at +917756888462 within 6 hours of your order confirmation.
Cancellations will not be accepted after this 6-hour window as we begin processing your order immediately to ensure timely delivery.
The only exception to this policy is if your order has not yet been processed—in such cases, we may still be able to cancel it even after the 6-hour window.
Cancellation by Slipora:
While our endeavour is to ensure that every order that has been successfully placed with Slipora, there are some situations in which we may have to cancel the order(s). some of the situations that may result in your order being cancelled include (but not limited to):
Limitations on quantities available for purchase.
Inaccurate or insufficient address. Product no longer available or temporarily out of stock.
Inaccuracies or errors in product pricing or information.
We will contact you within 2 business days of such cancellation and give you the option to exchange / refund / cancel the order based on your convenience.
